Happiness is a state of mind. Therefore, if you think in your mind that you are happy, you will be happier.
Negativity can bring you down and negative thinking can make your life negative as well.

Even the small complaints. How often in just one day?
I first heard about the No Complaints Challenge a few years back. There is a website where you can order a complaint-free bracelet.
But I say that just using a red hair tie is sufficient for the challenge.
Put the red tie on your wrist like a bracelet.
Now, every time you complain, you must switch the band to your other wrist.
Can you keep it on the same wrist for a day?
A week?
If you can keep it on the same wrist for a month, I’m sure you will see the world in a different light.
